Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the cleaning services provided by KatServices.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and submitting any forms (booking, contact, or RUT details), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Agreement

By booking a service with KatServices, you agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time and to ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will address appropriate measures to rectify the issue.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We invoice via Swish or Bankgiro after the cleaning is completed. For eligible customers, RUT deduction (50%) is applied directly on the invoice so you only pay your share.

6. Liability Limitations

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, katServices is fully insured. Our liability for any accidental property damage is limited to the extent covered by our liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues arising from improperly secured items.
